Cancellation fee: $500 up to 2 weeks before the ceremony date. 50% of the package price if cancelled within two weeks of the ceremony date.
This stress-free package includes;
1. Wedding Officiant:
- An experienced and professional wedding officiant who will craft a ceremony that reflects your love story and values. (See elopement ceremony under services for inclusions.)
2. Unlimited Communication:
- We understand the importance of clear communication, so we offer unlimited email and phone support to answer any questions or concerns you may have before your ceremony.
3. Signing and Filing of Marriage License:
- We will guide you through the process of obtaining and completing your marriage license. After the ceremony, we will ensure that it is properly signed and filed with the appropriate authorities.
4. 1.5 hours of Professional Photography
- Capture the beautiful moments of your elopement with a skilled photographer. They will be present for 1.5 hours to document your ceremony and take stunning portraits.
5. Brides' Medium Bouquet and Grooms' Matching Boutonniere:
- Choose your preferred flowers, and our expert florist will create a custom medium-sized bridal bouquet and a matching boutonniere for the groom.
6. Music Before and During the Ceremony:
- Create a romantic ambiance with carefully selected music played through a speaker system. You can choose the songs or provide us with a preferred genre, and we will curate a playlist for your ceremony.
We understand that every couple has unique needs and desires for their special day. That's why we offer customized ceremony packages specifically tailored to you. Whether you require an officiant, photographer, videographer, flowers, arch, chairs, music, microphones, speakers, cake & champagne toast at the ceremony site if no reception,, make-up, hair, grooming, or any other services..... we've got you covered.
Let us know your vision and preferences, and we will collaborate with local vendors to ensure you get the best value for your dream wedding ceremony. Our goal is to alleviate the stress and burden of all the planning and contacting of vendors. The price will include delivery, set-up and takedown.
Same-day ceremony coordination is an essential service that ensures a seamless and stress-free wedding day for you. We want you to fully immerse yourselves in the joy and significance of your wedding day, knowing that every detail is being taken care of.
Here is what is included;
Thorough communication and coordination with you and all relevant vendors. This involves understanding your vision for the ceremony, your preferences, and any specific instructions you have for the ceremony proceedings.
On the day of the wedding, we will be in charge of overseeing the entire ceremony setup. This includes coordinating with the florist, decorator, and other vendors to ensure that the ceremony space is beautifully decorated and set up according to the couple's wishes. We will also ensure that all necessary equipment, such as sound systems and microphones, are in place and working properly. We will be responsible for cueing the ceremony processional, making sure that all members of the wedding party are in their designated places at the right time.
We will handle any unforeseen circumstances or last-minute changes. This includes coordinating with the venue staff, troubleshooting any technical difficulties, and making any necessary adjustments to the ceremony timeline.
