Ordained & Certified Officiant Since 2001
Mary Gehr is a member of the International World Christianship Association of Clergy, the American Association Of Wedding Officiants, and the National Association of Christian Ministers. She has worked as a lay minister in family and marriage ministry since the early 90's becoming a Christian "Ordained" Minister in 2001.
While Mary's religious background is in Christianity, her commitment is to provide stress-free/on-demand & customized wedding ceremonies that are very much interfaith or non-religious (secular), and respectful of all practices.
Mary has officiated hundreds of sacred and contemporary ceremonies throughout the US and various global destinations. She has co-officiated with other Ministers & Rabbis, celebrating the spiritual and cultural bouquet of our times. Her calm demeanor helps the couple relax and enjoy their special day.
Mary is honored to offer ceremony services to all couples.

Mary's passion for people extends as well to numerous causes that center around equality, climate change, animal rescue, and child/elderly care - to name a few. As someone also dedicated to mentoring young girls with dreams to become women with vision, she takes personal pride in her only child, her daughter Chelsea, who resides in New York and seeks to positively-impact her community.
For Mary, blessings take many forms: her Shih Tzu dogs, Luci and Ivy, being one of 10 children with two healthy parents in their 90's, traveling the globe, etc.
Simply put, gratitude provides a solid foundation in both Mary's personal as well as professional life.
“Since the very first call, Mary has been beyond sweet and helpful. When our first location was a no-go we were so stressed and she quickly gave us a call with many choices. We found the perfect location because of her. She also always stayed in contact throughout the whole planning process. She pays attention to every detail and makes you feel confident. Mary made our wedding day even more special. If we could go back in time and do it again we’d 100% choose her again and again. “
